ধম্মচক্কপ্পবত্তনসুত্ত হলো একটি বৌদ্ধ ধর্মগ্রন্থ যা সারনাথে হরিণ পার্কের গৌতম বুদ্ধের প্রথম উপদেশ হিসাবে বিবেচিত। সুত্তের প্রধান বিষয় হলো চতুরার্য সত্য, যা বৌদ্ধধর্মের মৌলিক অভিযোজনকে সূত্রগত অভিব্যক্তিতে উল্লেখ করে এবং প্রকাশ করে।[১][২] সূত্রটি মধ্যপথ, অনিত্য ও প্রতীত্যসমুৎপাদ এর মত বৌদ্ধ ধারণাগুলিকেও বোঝায়।
